Nikon't wait to start shooting...

Since this blog post just lens itself to puns: I hope my new digital camera helps me develop into a better photographer. My wife has prompted me to step my game up with an early (and rather generous) birthday present. Another big thank-you Erin, I shutter to think of where I'd be without you. Here are some samples from the first few rounds of shots but please, bear with me as I focus on the learning curve...

I'd love to hear more about the TTF pics adventures - those are super cool.

Thank you Lindsey. Welcome to MWITG. Are you referring to the TTV (Through the Viewfinder) pics? I haven't shot those in some time but they are really fun, here's a link with some good info: http://walkingunderladders.blogspot.com/2007/09/ttv-photography.html
I bought a crappy old point & shoot from a thrift store and use that for the TTV's. The bigger the viewfinder the better. Enjoy.-P
